Recent News/Notices/Items of Interest
- The irrigation system has been turned on for the summer months. To see times of operation by zone, click here.
- The Board recently made some changes to our community Guidelines. To see a copy with the changes noted in red, click here. You may view all Crabapple Commons governing documents, including the Guidelines, at Governance>Governing Documents.
- If you are painting your house or metal roofs this year, please remember to submit a copy of your paid invoice by placing it in the suggestion box along Thornington Drive or by submitting it to the Board member responsible for monitoring exterior painting (see Governance>Board).
- The Board should be notified before work is done in your back patio (such as installing new pavers or artificial turf, digging for new trees and/or bushes, etc.) to assure building infrastructure is not damaged. Use the eForms link on the main menu to submit a Landscaping Request eForm.
If you are seeking Board approval or requesting work be done on/around your townhome, do not contact our property manager at CMA. Use the eForms link on the main menu to submit a work request.
- The Board would like to remind homeowners that when a dumpster is dropped in their driveway due to renovations or repairs, it is the homeowner's responsibility to assure that wooden blocks or a wooden plank are placed beneath the dumpster to protect the driveway. Failure to do so could result in a fine plus the cost of any required repairs.
- Please remember, trash/recycle bins must be kept in your garage. They may be placed on the curb the evening before (Wednesday evening) trash pickup day, but must be placed back in your garage by the end of the day Thursday.
